Shri Vipul Kumar Maheshwari is the Executive Director – Research & Development (R&D) Department in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.

A bachelor in chemical engineering from HBTU Kanpur, Shri Maheshwari started his career with HPCL in October 1989. During his career spanning over 37 years, Shri Maheshwari has held various positions in the Refinery and Corporate offices. His experience covers refinery operations and technical, commissioning of major units, International trade, Refinery planning and Supply Chain Optimization and Corporate R&D Centre at Bengaluru.
